John is a construction planner and delay expert with a construction planning/ management background who specialises in the review, investigation and analysis of construction delays. Such expertise may also enable him to provide assistance in relation to matters of disruption.
He has 45 years of experience on major national and international construction projects in building, civil and marine engineering, petrochemical, mining and power generation; the last 35 years through his practice, John Stuart Associates Limited. During this time he has been particularly active in considering issues of delay, and where appropriate disruption, and providing related specialist support or expert services in respect of notices, particulars and claims arising under construction contracts or insurance policies.
His appointments have been received in relation to building, civil & marine engineering, petrochemical, mining and power generation projects in, by way of example, the UK, Ireland, Portugal, India, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
